EIV Income Discrepancy

HUD requires that a Head-of-Household EIV report is run every time a 50059 is created.  There are three sections that are required to be reviewed on this report.  The most difficult section to review is the “Income Discrepancy Report”.  If you send the EIV report to us, we will resolve the Income Discrepancy Report and send you a signed report that is placed in the tenant’s EIV folder that supports that the Income Discrepancy Report has been properly resolved.

We resolve the EIV Discrepancy using Blueprint Housing methodology.  Normally these will be returned within 24 hours.  Your staff is still responsible to be sure all jobs listed on the EIV are resolved and that all persons listed in the summary section are "verified".
