Janet Miller, President, has over 40 years of experience in the Section 8 industry. She started Miland in 1988 when HUD first started discussing requiring property owners to automate all Section 8 paperwork and was instrumental in convincing the lawmakers in charge of developing the draft regulations to allow this process be outsourced and/or completed out of centralized managing agent offices.

Today her customers include individual property owners, housing authorities, small managing agents in addition to large managing agents nationwide who utilize different aspects of her services.

She has many professional contacts in the industry. If she does not have the answer to your question or believes you have been given the wrong information, she will send you on a new path to success.
