EIV Master Binder Services
Miland Services offers two levels of Master Binder Services. Basic Service ensures that your property is running and resolving the required EIV Master Binder reports according to your policy. Expanded Service runs the reports for you and works with the property to make sure issues are resolved and you are following your company's Master Binder Policies.
Basic Service
.$75 per unit per month
Your property:
* Runs the reports,
*Sends them to us with their resolution notes
*We keep them in our secure electronic fie cabinet.
Expanded Service
$1.50 per Unit per month
Miland Services
*Prints the reports
*Works with the property to resolve and correct any discrepancies
*Keeps the EIV Reports in our secure electronic file cabinet.
*Provides you with a report monthly summarizing findings
Copy of EIV Binder for MOR
$250
Based on files in our electronic file cabinet, we will provide you with an MOR binder that you can use during your MOR.
